Level 3 Award in Fire Risk Assessment

A regulated foundation qualification for learners who need a structured starting point in fire risk assessment for low risk premises and a progression route into Level 4.

Best for: New and developing fire risk assessors
Study time: 100 TQT and 60 GLH

Level 4 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment

A regulated intermediate qualification for practitioners who want to strengthen competence in low and moderate risk fire risk assessment and progress beyond foundation level work.

A regulated Level 5 qualification for learners who need a focused route into fire engineering design and want technical understanding in a defined area without starting with the full diploma.

A Tier 3 IFSM Registered Fire Risk Assessor (Complex Buildings) and BAFE SP205 Validator, having conducted over 400 fire risk assessments in the last few years, ensuring compliance across industrial, historic, healthcare, and high-risk residential properties. Keen interest in VR-integrated fire safety training programs, developing realistic, scenario-based simulations for practical learning for Trainee Fire Risk Assessors.
